The last couple of years have been a very exciting journey and I feel very privileged.

My work around developing strategies to build resilience and combat stress continues to grow and takes me across the UK. I work with and support school leaders, teachers, secondary school pupils, university students and clients outside of education in understanding stress and how to manage it.

I speak at a variety of conferences as well run workshops on, what is a highly important issue to understand in the pressurised and ever-changing world in which we live.

My book, ‘Leading From the Edge’ is being published by Bloomsbury Publications in January 2016 and will be available for pre-order in late Autumn of this year. I will keep you posted on progress on this over the coming months.

However, just now, I am really looking to Friday 1st May, when I will be delivering the opening keynote speech at the three day annual conference of the National Association of Headteachers at the Arena and Convention Centre in Liverpool, where I will be speaking alongside Tristram Hunt MP, the Shadow Secretary of State for Education and Russell Hobby, General Secretary of NAHT.

It is an honour to be given a platform to speak on a subject I am passionate about at such a prestigious event.
